PCS has experience in the construction industry vital to construction management and building from his original roots as a carpenter, to project super-attendant, to construction manager, to branch management. Manuel has worked for some of the top names in architecture, building, and fire/water restoration in Fairfield and Westchester Counties for the last 20 years. He brings both field expertise and an understanding of all aspects of construction management that can only come from managing complex projects for over 20 years. This unique quality has been able to give PCS the ability to to meet clients’ goals and have earned him the trust of owners, developers, and architects abroad. Manny has carefully built his reputation – project by project — by planning strategically, working collaboratively, and delivering quality.

Manny graduated from Central High School in Bridgeport and attended Gateway Community College Manny is a Licensed Carpenter of Local 210 of Connecticut, certified by the National Institute of Disaster Restoration (NIDR), and certified by the Water Loss Institute (WLI) in fire and water damage. Manny is an active supporter of community sports programs and non-profit organizations and is a coach for the local football program.

PCS is registered with the state of Texas as a Home Improvement Contractor and New Construction Contractor.
